NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Manitoba Black Belt Association will be held at the Manitoba Sport For Life Building, 145 Pacific Avenue, on Sunday, the  30th  day of  May, 2010 at 10:00 AM, for the purpose of receiving and considering:

 

a)	A Report of the Directors;
b)	Committee Reports;
c)	Statement of Income and Expenditures and Auditor's Report;
d)	For the consideration of and, if approved, ratification of all by-laws, contracts, acts and proceedings of the Board of Directors of the Corporation enacted, made, done and taken since the last meeting of the Members;
e)	For the appointment of Auditors;
f)	For the election of Officers:
g)	For the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
